SDGs is an acronym for “Sustainable Development Goals.”
Adopted in September 2015 U.N. Summit, it is a set of goals agreed upon by the international community to be achieved by the U.N. Member States in the 15 years from 2016 to 2030.
It serves as a guide to create a more sustainable future for all people by resolving numerous global challenges we face us such as peace and justice, prosperity, environmental degradation, climate change, poverty and inequality.
